With our foundations’ mission always in mind, we strive to recruit health-tested and well-bred Labrador Retrievers for the purpose to ensure our HEROES NEVER WALK ALONE.

The program deals with highly experienced breeders across the continental United States. Freedom Paws Service Dogs Foundation’s breeders know exactly what it takes to breed amazing dogs. Breeders that donate puppies play a huge role in the foundation’s success!

Breeders are kept up to date on all phases of training and are sent photos and videos of the puppy they donated on a monthly basis.

Once all training is complete the donors are asked to participate in the graduation ceremony. The donor will meet the Veteran or First Responder,and hand the donated service dog over to the recipient.
